Minimize to SysTray not working with WB5

The "minimize to systray" function doesn't seem to work on Alpha skins...
Tried with "5impleAlpha", "Arrow" and "Aura" skins... all the same.
This works with non "alpha" skins though.

Same problem with titlebar button sound effects...

Is all this normal ?
Is it going to be fixed later ?

I'm looking forward to Rundll32 fix, as many people here...
This version rocks anyway !

Win2003, 6GB Memory, Geforce 6800 GT, WB5 Beta Skin Arrow
Same Problem here but only with ACCESS 2003. Titlebar buttons "Close App", Minimize and Maximize are not working so i have to use the Taskbar for doing this. In Access if a form or table is open then these are also windows within the Masterwindow of access, also these windows cant be closed, maximized or minimized.

In Outlook 2003 if i do a right click somewhere so that the Mousemenu is showing up, this Mousemenu has no transparency on it.
